  • How old do I need to be to rent a car from Driven 'n Drive?
    The minimum age to rent a car from Driven 'n Drive is 21 years old with a driver's license.
  • What documents do I need to bring with me to rent a car?
    You will need to bring a valid driver's license and or passport.
  • Can I add an additional driver to my rental?
    Yes, you can add an additional driver to your rental.
  • How can I make a reservation with Driven 'n Drive?
    You can make a reservation online, through our mobile app (soon), book through our website, or by calling our customer service center at +63 966 177 6464.
  • What is the minimum rental period?
    The minimum rental period is one day.
  • What is included in the rental price?
    The rental price includes unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, and theft protection. Additional fees may apply for optional services, such as GPS or child safety seats.
  • What happens if I return the car late?
    If you return the car late, we will charge ₱200.00 per hour for sedan and ₱300.00 for SUV and van. If you return it late for more than 4 hours, we will charge it for another 1 day.
  • What if I have to cancel my reservation?
    You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any fees. If less than 24 hours, we will charge 20%.
  • Can I rent a car for someone else?
    Yes, you can rent a car for someone else as long as they meet the age and driver's license requirements.
  • What if I get into an accident while driving the rental car?
    If you get into an accident while driving the rental car, you should immediately contact Driven 'n Drive and follow the instructions provided by our customer service center.
  • What if I need roadside assistance?
    Driven 'n Drive offers 24/7 roadside assistance for emergencies, such as a flat tire, dead battery, or keys locked in the car.
  • Are there any mileage restrictions?
    No, there are no mileage restrictions for rentals.
  • Can I rent a car for a one-way trip?
    Yes, you can rent a car for a one-way trip. However, additional fees may apply.
  • What methods of payment does Driven 'n Drive accept?
    Driven 'n Drive accepts major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Wise, E-Wallet (Such as GCash, Maya, Palawan Pay, Shopee Pay Etc.), and cash payments.
  • What is the fuel policy for rental cars?
    The fuel policy is full-to-full, which means that you should return the car with a full tank of gas. If you return the car with less fuel than when you picked it up, you may be charged for refueling.
  • Are there any additional fees or taxes that I should be aware of?
    Yes, there may be additional fees and taxes, such as airport surcharges, sales tax, or local fees, depending on the location of the rental.
  • What should I do if I need to extend my rental period?
    If you need to extend your rental period, you should contact Driven 'n Drive as soon as possible to arrange for an extension.
  • Can I rent a car if I have points on my driver's license?
    Driven 'n Drive reserves the right to deny rental to anyone who has points on their driver's license or a history of traffic violations.
  • What is the policy for smoking or pets in rental cars?
    No smoking inside the car and pets allowed.
